What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 patches — small enough for a single troop or a sample run, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Which patch type should I choose?
Embroidered for bold artwork and durability, woven for fine detail and small text, chenille for varsity letters, PVC for waterproof outdoor use, printed for photographs, die-cut for logo-shaped patches.
How do I iron a patch on?
A hot dry iron, firm pressure, and about thirty seconds through a thin cloth. Full instructions ship with every order, and we recommend stitching heavy-use patches down as well.
Will patches survive the wash?
Yes. Our heat-seal backing is specified for repeated washing, including industrial laundering for workwear.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw and digitise it for your chosen patch type at no charge.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Multiple designs are quoted as one order — just tell us the split across each.
